Acceptable Use Policy

CASTOVIA is a professional IPTV/OTT management platform designed exclusively for legal content distribution. This Acceptable Use Policy ensures that all operators using CASTOVIA do so lawfully, ethically, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Permitted Use

You may use CASTOVIA to:

  • Manage and distribute content for which you hold valid broadcasting licenses or rights
  • Operate a legal IPTV/OTT service for your subscribers
  • Manage subscriber access, reseller networks, and content packages
  • Monitor and manage your own streaming infrastructure
  • Import, export, and configure your content library and EPG data

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use CASTOVIA to:

  • Distribute pirated content: Any content for which you do not hold valid licenses, rights, or permissions
  • Rebroadcast without authorisation: Retransmit TV channels, sports events, or other content without the rights holder's consent
  • Circumvent DRM or access controls: Remove, bypass, or disable copy protection on content
  • Distribute harmful content: Content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence or hatred
  • Engage in fraud: Misrepresent your identity, licensing status, or the nature of your service
  • Attack infrastructure: Attempt to exploit, probe, or attack CASTOVIA systems or other operators
  • Facilitate illegal activity: Use the platform as part of any scheme that violates applicable laws
  • Resell without compliance: Create reseller accounts that distribute unlicensed content

4. Content Rights Obligation

By using CASTOVIA, you confirm and warrant that:

  • You hold all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights for every piece of content distributed through the platform
  • You comply with all applicable copyright, broadcasting, and telecommunications laws in your jurisdiction
  • You will maintain valid documentation of your content rights and make them available upon request
  • You will promptly remove any content if your rights expire or are revoked

5. Enforcement

CASTOVIA reserves the right to:

  • Investigate suspected violations of this policy
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without prior notice in severe cases
  • Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy
  • Report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities
  • Cooperate with rights holders and legal authorities in investigations

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
